Kids First Swim School offers year-round warm-water swimming programs. Its one-on-one swimming lessons are for 2-year-olds; group swimming lessons begin at 3 years of age. The popular Mommy & Me program lets toddlers, infants and their parents explore buoyancy, propulsion and breath control. For advanced swimmers, competitive stroke mechanics are available at high school and college levels. Other programs include water aerobics and warm-water therapy for adults, family swim nights and weekend birthday splashes.
