Tickets for 2013 U.S. Open 'Officially' Sold Out

How will you get tickets now? Oh, right. The Internet.

While the USGA announced on Sunday that tickets for the 2013 U.S. Open had officially sold out, there are still a few ways left for fans with a big passion for the game—and an even larger disposable income—to get into Merion this week.

As of Sunday night, StubHub—a popular online ticket sale service—had eight weekly badges for sale, starting at $1,325 a pop, and a few thousand tickets listed for individual sessions. These range in price from $43 for a ticket to Monday's practice round to over $1,000 for a "row trophy" seat for the following weekend.

Kids have it a bit easier. According to the USGA, tickets for children are always available on-site at will call and at all admission gates during the championship. Kids 12 and under get in for free any day when accompanied by an adult ticket holder (each adult can take up to two kids with them), while tickets for teens ages 13 to 17 will be available throughout the week for just $15 for practice rounds and $35 for championship rounds.
