Lafayette Hill Native Honored by University of Delaware

Jessica Friedman recognized at General Honors Award Ceremony.

Top students in the University of Delaware Honors Program were recognized in a special ceremony, held Sunday, Nov. 4, at the Trabant University Center.

Among those distinguished students was Jessica Friedman. Friedman is from Lafayette Hill, PA.

The award recipients earned 18 or more Honors credits in their first two years at the University and have overall GPAs of 3.20 or higher. They were presented certificates by Michael Arnold, director of the Honors Program, and were congratulated on stage by their college deans or deputy deans.

Small quibble perhaps, however, last time I checked, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon were both in WestRead More Conshohocken, not Conshohocken. Credit where credit is due, please. I'm terribly proud of my hometown, you see.
