What exactly determines the county's most wanted on domestic relations? I know someone who owes way more than most of these people and they aren't listed. Seriously??

Does this encompass Spousal Support/APL as well? This system is broken. Insane amounts of Spousal Support/APL are awarded and the payor can barely survive let alone pay Child Support and attorney to keep from getting destroyed in a divorce. I could write a book here but I am off to my 2nd of 3 jobs.

How about a tribute to those who paid. First hand the most f--cked up system around. they will chase and garnish every little piece of income you have. No consequences for the mothers who pollute the kids minds against the father.

I feel bad for both sides. Those people are going to go to jail for being broke. Im sure they didn't choose to be broke. Sex education classes should start teaching kids if you have kids with the wrong person then its against the law n will get thrown in jail for being poor .smh

Tony, I wouldn't assume that all of these people are broke. Some people just actually refuse to live up to their obligations. You start your post saying you feel bad for both sides but all you wrote was to defend the person not paying to support their children. The other parent may have made a mistake and chosen the wrong co-parent but the only one suffering here are the children who deserve to have a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs. These people are breaking the law by not paying - THAT is why they should be thrown in jail. I'm not saying that is the case with every parent who is in arrears - I am sure there are people doing everything possible to pay what they can - I'm saying that if these people in this article were doing their best to support their children the courts wouldn't be asking the public's help to FIND them. These people here are hiding from their responsibility and should be punished for not doing right by their children. Ed - I agree with you that any parent who "pollutes the kids minds against" EITHER parent should be held accountable, but not through the withholding of child support. That money is for the benefit of your child and holding that back punishes your child, not the other parent. But no, you don't deserve a tribute - you made them; you support em.

My problem isn't with child support. I pay more in Spousal Support... and mortgage deviation on top of that!

Small quibble perhaps, however, last time I checked, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon were both in WestRead More Conshohocken, not Conshohocken. Credit where credit is due, please. I'm terribly proud of my hometown, you see.
