Conshy Mulls Parking Lot at Harry and Spring Mill

Will study potential capacity.

Conshohocken borough is considering the construction of a parking lot at the corner of Harry Street and Spring Mill Avenue, council said at their Wednesday meeting.

"We've been talking about possible locations for a new parking lot around town," said councilman Matt Ryan. "We had our engineer put a plan together, looking at different options on how many spaces we can fit there and if it's going to solve our problem or not."

Council did not say whether or not the lot would be open to the public.

Would this location be good for a parking lot? Are there other sites that would work better in the borough? Tell us in the comments.

Small quibble perhaps, however, last time I checked, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon were both in WestRead More Conshohocken, not Conshohocken. Credit where credit is due, please. I'm terribly proud of my hometown, you see.
