Conshy Board Changes Downtown Parking Regulations

The borough's traffic ordinance has been amended to allow two hour parking on E 4th Ave.

Patrons of the 401 Diner can have that third cup of coffee; Calvary Church goers can hold longer meetings - Conshohocken Borough Council voted to extend the time limit for parking along E 4th Ave between Fayette and Harry Sts. from one to two hours.

During Councilman James Griffith’s report at the Jan. 16 Conshohocken Borough Council meeting, the board voted unanimously to amend the borough's traffic ordinance to allow for two-our parking in that area.

"We're making it consistent with the area," said borough manager Fran Marabella.

Council directed public works to “start changing the signs."

Small quibble perhaps, however, last time I checked, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon were both in WestRead More Conshohocken, not Conshohocken. Credit where credit is due, please. I'm terribly proud of my hometown, you see.
