Two-Vehicle Fire at Gwynedd Valley Train Station

Lower Gwynedd Police said two vehicles caught on fire late last night at the Gwynedd Valley SEPTA train station parking lot in the 500 block of Plymouth Road in Ambler. 

The fires started just before 11 p.m. and took about 15 minutes to get under control.

According to a police officer who was directing traffic at the corner of Grasshopper Lane and Plymouth Road, the two vehicles involved were a Honda Passport and a Honda Accord. 

The police officer said one of the vehicles was attempting to jump-start the other when the fire started.

No one was injured and fire trucks left the scene just before midnight.
