Police: Plymouth Meeting Man Videotaped Woman in Ardmore Restroom
The incident occurred on Feb. 15.
A Plymouth Meeting man who recorded a woman while she was using the bathroom of an Ardmore business has been charged with invasion of privacy, the Main Line Times is reporting.
According to the Times, Lower Merion police say that on Feb. 15, Robert Handy, 31, hid his iPhone in the restroom of a Rittenhouse Place business. A female employee eventually noticed the lens of the still recording phone protruding from under a pile of rags.
The phone captured three minutes of video.

The employee had seen Handy in the area of the restroom earlier, and assumed, correctly, that the camera was his. She confronted him, demanding that he erase the recording.
Handy was ultimately arrested last week, and released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
