Police Brief: Burglary at ‘Little Italy’

Whitemarsh Police said someone broke into the Little Italy Pizza restaurant in the 400 block of Bethlehem Pike in the Fort Washington section of the township.

The burglary happened between Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 8:50 p.m. and 9:05 the following morning.

Stolen? $60, including money from a cash register and money from a tip jar; and a gold and diamond men’s ring, valued at about $3,600.

Police said they found a hand print on the rear window of the restaurant.
