Police Brief: Attempted Burglar Looks Like '70s Porno Star?'

Whitemarsh Police said someone attempted to force his or her way into a business in the 2000 block of Manor Road.

The incident happened between 5 p.m. last Tuesday and 8:45 the following morning. Nothing was taken, but the person attempted to kick in the door to the business's storage area.  

According to police, an employee said that a white man, with a thin build, in his late 40s to early 50s, said he was curious as to how old the building was, and walked into the business on Tuesday, Oct. 22 to ask. 

The man walked into the building from the bike trail; he left when the employee told him that the building was not open to the public, police said.

The man is further described as having long curly hair, a bushy mustache ... and looking like a '70s porno star."
