Pescatores will hold a craft beer dinner to unveil 'Fox’s Copper Ale' and 'Slugfest' in April to honor the fallen Plymouth police officer.

Pescatores in Glen Mills is holding a craft beer dinner in April to unveil two new brews in honor of fallen Plymouth Police Officer Brad Fox.

The dinner, held at 6:30 p.m. on April 4, will feature a five-course gourmet Italian dinner paired with seven of “the season’s most anticipated craft beers.”

For the first time ever, Pescatores will team up with Evolution Brewing and Long Trail Brewery to unveil the two new beers, made in Fox’s honor.

The brews are“Fox’s Copper Ale” and “Slugfest,” named after Fox's Tri-County Police hockey team, the Slugs.

Cost for the dinner is $65. All proceeds from the dinner, and the sale of the special brews, will be donated to the Fox Children’s Fund.

For more information, call Pescatores at 610-358-5454.

Small quibble perhaps, however, last time I checked, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon were both in WestRead More Conshohocken, not Conshohocken. Credit where credit is due, please. I'm terribly proud of my hometown, you see.
