Bernice M. Martin, of Plymouth Meeting

Bernice M. Martin, of Plymouth Meeting, died Jan. 5 at her home. She was 87.

Born in Roxborough, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (DeHaven) Morrow. She was the wife of Edward J. Martin.

Martin was a graduate of St. John the Baptist High School in Roxborough and was a member of St. Philip Neri Church.

In addition to her husband John, she is survived by five children, Peggy Ciccotti of Conshohocken, Betty Hassinger of Skippack, Nancy Bergin of West Norriton, Eileen Marchese of Reading and Joe Glatz of North Wales; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Joseph Morrow of Linfield. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Adam Ciccotti; a grandson, John Marchese; and her first husband, John C. Glatz.

A funeral Mass will be held Friday, Jan. 10 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill; the viewing will be Thursday, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes, 516 Fayette St., Conshohocken, and on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Church.

Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
