Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Gentle Vinyasa yoga is a softer, deep
yoga practice focusing on alignment of each asana and mindful sequencing of
yoga poses. This balanced yoga class will include asana (yoga poses), breath
work and guided meditation. This class is for experienced yogis, beginners,
or those interested in a gentle, mindful practice. Participants should be able
to sit on the floor and stand. Please bring a yoga mat to class.  The cost is $5 per class which can be paid the day of the class, or in
