Tai Chi is a positive and fun experience for everyone. It promotes correct body posture, and integrates body and mind, which improves Qi (a life energy which governs all functions of the body and is essential for health and vitality). The class is taught at a beginner lever. As always, check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. All are encouraged to participate in the full 8-week session. As an introduction to the program, the first 4 sessions are free of charge. there is a fee of $20 ($5/session) for the next 4 sessions--payable at the end of the fourth session.
