Tai Chi is a positive and fun experience for everyone.  It promotes correct body posture, and integrates body and mind, which improves Qi (a life energy which governs all functions of the body and is essential for health and vitality).  The class is taught at a beginner lever.  As always, check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.  All are encouraged to participate in the full 8-week session.  As an introduction to the program, the first 4 sessions are free of charge.  there is a fee of $20 ($5/session) for the next 4 sessions--payable at the end of the fourth session.  Walk-ins are $8 per class.  Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.  No special equipment is needed.  Please register at www.jeaneslibrary.org or call 610-828-0441. This is the third session.

Small quibble perhaps, however, last time I checked, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon were both in WestRead More Conshohocken, not Conshohocken. Credit where credit is due, please. I'm terribly proud of my hometown, you see.
