Tai Chi
Tai Chi promotes correct body posture, and integrates body and mind, which improves Qi (a life energy which governs all functions of the body and is essential for health and vitality). The class is taught at a beginner lever. As always, check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. All are encouraged to participate in the full 8-week session to receive the positive health benefits Tai Chi has to offer. Walk-ins are $8 per class for those who have some Tai Chi experience.
