Chair Yoga

For anyone who has ever hesitated to try yoga because of the challenge of getting down onto the floor or doing stand poses.  Now a chair becomes your mat.  Enjoy all the benefits of yoga while exploring gentle yoga poses, breath work and guided relaxation.  This class is pen to all levels of experience, offering modifications where necessary to accomodate your flexibility and strength.  Chair Yoga is taught by Molly Crowley, a registered yoga teacher in the Vinyasa style of yoga.  The cost is $5 per class which can be paid the day of the class, or in advance.  Please register at www.jeaneslibrary.org or call 610-828-0441.
