A chair becomes your mat as we adapt yoga poses with the creative use of the chair. Enjoy all of the benefits of yoga while exploring gentle yoga poses, breath work and guided relaxation. This class is open to all levels of experience, offering modifications where necessary to accommodate your flexibility and strength. Chair Yoga taught by Molly Crowley, a registered yoga teacher in the Vinyasa style of yoga. The cost is $5 per class which can be paid the day of the class, or in advance.
