Aerobics in Lafayette Hill

If you are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy active lifestyle, you will love this aerobics class. You'll get a full-body workout in just an hour - 2 times per week. We start with 30 minutes of cardio dance and finish with 30 minutes of strengthening and toning. All fitness levels are welcome. Students should bring light weights and a mat to class.
