This class will discuss the overall theory of Chinese Medicine and delve into the assessment techniques used in acupuncture. Learn how Daoist and Confucian theory shaped the medicine and introduced the idea of treating body mind and spirit. We will also discuss ideas of how the individual can influence health through diet, exercise and meditation.
