Andrew Olen is a member of the Municipal Law and Real Estate Law departments. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Leon W. Tucker in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Andrew graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Maryland Journal of Business & Technology Law and Student Editor-in-Chief of The Authority. Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was recognized as a John Marshall Scholar. Andrew is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
