Report: Troubles at Local Beverage Company

Three-quarters of Skinny Nutritional Corporation's board has reportedly left since the beginning of the year.

The local manufacturer of "Skinny Water" has slimmed down in the boardroom in recent weeks.

Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Mike Armstrong reports that Skinny Nutritional Corporation of Conshohocken has lost three of its four board members since Jan. 17.

Only CEO Michael Salaman remains on the company's board. All three departed board members have reportedly voiced concerns about alleged failures by the company to make complete financial information available for their review.

The company's stock was trading at about 1/10th of a cent on the so-called "pink sheet" over-the-counter market early Monday afternoon, according to Yahoo! Finance.
