Passholders are now able to take basic aerobic classes for free. Classes include, CardioBlast, High Intensity Interval Training, Total Body Fitness, Butt, Guts & More, Muscular Strength & Range of Movement, Cardio Circuit and Senior Aerobics. Zumba, yoga, pilates and water aerobics also available, check our website for pricing. One month and annual passes are available. More About Greater Plymouth Community Center
The Greater Plymouth Community Center is a 76,000-square-foot community resource facility that offers residents a variety of amenities, including a twenty-five-yard lap pool with ten lanes, two gymnasiums, basketball courts, volleyball courts, a fitness center and private showers. Programs include swimming lessons, lifeguard training and seminars for adults.
