Greater Plymouth Community Center will hold a five-week training program to condition soccer players for the upcoming soccer season.
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m., July 10-Aug. 9, for players ages 11 to 14.
The conditioning program was designed by GPCC's certified personal trainers and Mercy Suburban Hospital's Sports Medicine Department to prepare your child's body with the physical demands of the soccer season, and to lessen the chance of injury. Participants will work on improving speed, strength, agility and power.
