Chalk it up to the weekend’s predicted cold weather, but only three open houses are scheduled in the Plymouth-Whitemarsh area for the weekend of February 5, according to the listings from AOL Real Estate.
The area’s most expensive house is listed at $349,000 and can be found at 112 E Hector Street in Conshohocken. The least expensive listing is only about $25,000 less and is at 3031 Mathers Mill Road in Lafayette Hill.
