An East Norriton man and Blue Bell woman are facing felony drug charges after police say they located eleven jars of marijuana in their vehicle outside the 7th Heaven Gentleman's Club in the Conshohocken section of Whitemarsh Township.

Ryan Michael Super, 22, of the 200 block of Oak Tree Road, and Tinesha Moore, 19, of the 1600 block of Muhlenberg Drive, have been charged with felony intent to distribute charges, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, a Whitemarsh Police officer was on patrol in the area at about 11:30 p.m. last Saturday night when he saw a four-door sedan partially backed into a parking space at the club, somewhat blocking a lane of traffic. The officer noticed a woman in the driver's seat and a man in the passenger's seat, who appeared to be reaching toward the passenger side front door.

Upon the officer turning around and pulling into the parking lot, the man immediately left the car and "hurried" into 7th Heaven, while the woman also began to exit and walk toward the entrance, the report said. However, the officer began speaking with her, identifying her as Tinesha Moore and asking why the car was only partially backed into the space. Moore responded that she was afraid of hitting the other cars, and became "extremely nervous and evasive," the officer reported.

The officer asked Moore for her driver's license, at which point she returned to the car to find it. According to the officer, Moore attempted to conceal a black purse on the passenger side floor while searching for the license, and continued to act nervously.

Moore consented to a search of the vehicle, and inside the officer found eight jars of marijuana inside the purse, three jars of marijuana in a black bag on a rear seat, an empty jar that smelled of marijuana on the passenger side seat, "blunt shavings" on the floor of the vehicle, and an unopened package of cigarillos, the report stated.

Moore identified the man who had left the vehicle as Super, who police located on foot near the intersection of Hector and Lee Street. Moore told police that the purse belonged to her, while the black bag belonged to Super.

Both Moore and Super were taken into custody for suspicion of intent to distribute marijuana. Moore was released on $7,000 bail, while Super was transported to Montgomery County Prison in lieu of a bail of the same amount. They are next scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 8, 2013, before magisterial judge Deborah Lukens.
