Troopers are seeking the public’s assistance in finding a woman wanted in connection with interfering with the custody of her 5-year old daughter, according to a release issued by Delaware State Police.
On April 2, detectives from Troop 4 in Georgetown, Del., assisted the Division of Family Services (DFS) with an investigation involving Tara Bertrand, 39, in reference to the neglect of her child, 5-year-old Kiera Bertrand.
