Mansfield’s vehicle was severely damaged, “to the point where it appeared as though the front of the vehicle was the windshield,” according to a report.

Longo refused treatment at the scene, but he told police that he was going to the hospital to have himself examined after the crash.

Two of the witnesses from the crash stated that Mansfield was driving at a high rate of speed prior to the crash.
