Former Plymouth Hill Employee Pleads Guilty to Theft

Patricia Paugh is the last employee to plead in a scheme that bilked $600,000 from the Germantown Pike condo association.

Former Plymouth Hill Condos bookkeeper, secretary and assistant property manager Patricia Paugh pleaded guilty to theft and criminal conspiracy in a Montgomery County court this week, after scheming roughly $600,000 from the condo association along with other accomplices over nine years, according to the Times Herald.

The process began in April of 2011 when the Plymouth Hill Condominium Home Owners Association, located at 666 W. Germantown Pike, found financial discrepancies in the condo's books that dated back nine years, according to KWY.

The condo manager and leader of the scheme, Vincent Lopez, was sentenced to 4.5 to 12 years in prison this past September, and all other co-defendants have pleaded guilty.

Paugh, who faces a maximum of 15 years in prison, was ordered to pay $30,098 in restitution.
