A head-on crash between 13th and 14th avenues on Fayette street injured one and is currently blocking northbound traffic on Friday afternoon.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, a two-vehicle, head-on crash occured at 1:01. A head injury was reported; Whitemarsh Community Ambulance was seen leaving the scene.

Northbound traffic is currently being detoured through Harry Street onto 14th Ave.
The incident occured almost directly at the intersection of Plymouth, Whitemarsh and Conshohocken Townships. Emegency vehicles from all municipalities are on the scene.
