The area’s newest CVS, located at the corner of Butler and Skippack Pikes in Ambler, is scheduled to open mid-August.

The 13,000 sq. ft. store will have a full service pharmacy, as well as will carry health and beauty items, general merchandise, and have digital photo processing on site.

This new location will also feature a double lane drive thru pharmacy.

Mike DeAngelis, Public Relations Director for CVS, said the newest store is not a replacement for the other stores in the area, but rather shows CVS’s growth in the market and the need for pharmacies to serve the community.

The newest location is hiring now, and those interested can apply online at cvs.com/careers and search for the location they are interested in, or fill out an application at a store and mention it is for this location.

The Butler and Skippack Pike CVS is slated to open August 19.
