Docktor began her affiliation with Prudential Fox & Roach in 1986 as a Sales Associate and worked her way up to several key management positions with the company. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Docktor has been responsible for the sales function of the entire company and cross selling of The Trident Group’s financial and home-related services. “During her tenure in this position, Prudential Fox & Roach consistently outperformed the market,” adds Flick. Combining her business acumen with her vision for the future of the company, Docktor will now be in a position to effect significant growth. In her new role, she will now add Builders Marketing and Land Development groups, Employee Transfer Corporation and Relocation to her list of responsibilities.
